Subject: Demonstration against the suspension of the demarcation of the lands Guarani Kaiowa and impunity of the killers farmers Genivaldo Vera and Vera Rolindo and other indigenous leaders.
We Kaiowa Guarani communities and the Ypo'i-tekoha Triomphe, seen through this letter to narrate history of genocidal attack, suffered massacre and killings of leaders and Rolindo Genivaldo Vera Vera promoted by farmers in November 2009. These killers farmers are not punished and judged by the justice of Brazil nor our Ypo'i-Triomphe land is not demarcated by the federal government today.
Given the continuing threat of collective death by farmers; stoppage of demarcation of Ypo'i-Triomphe land by the federal government and especially the impunity of the killers farmers of our teachers Rolindo Vera and Vera Genivaldo, decided in reoccupying part of our Ypo'i-Triomphe tekoha, tired of waiting, we held protest and our manifestation, on April 28, 2015, calling for the punishment of murderers farmers by the federal court and the urgent demarcation of our land Guarani Ypo'i, these are our urgent requests through our demonstration in São Luiz ranch headquarters. Communicate to all national and international authorities and societies we look forward communities already more than 20 years the demarcation of our Ypo'i tekoha but our land has not been demarcated and regulated by the federal government. With a delay of suspension of the demarcation of the land, after waiting six years for demarcation of our tekoha Y po'i decided to continue the recovery and possession of our land Ypo'i-Triomphe.Already look forward to land demarcation Ypo'i six years, now we no longer wait for the promise of the federal government.
Farmers farm São Luiz has already attacked us and killed Genivaldo and Rolindo in November 2009. And today April already promise will attack and kill more in Guarani Ypo'i, we are here on earth Ypo'i reoccupied where we stand and die for our Ypo'i land, this is our decision. On October 29, 2009, we became the reoccupy our Ypo'i tekoha when gunmen farm São Luiz attacked us and threw us out of Ypo'i tekoha, killed two cited teachers and hid the bodies. In August 2010, we return again to tekoha Ypo'i which resist and fight to date and seeking the body of Rolindo Vera. Our Ypo'i tekoha is located 10 km from the dry border region Brazil with Paraguay, we are threatened with permanent collective death, we suffer isolation sentenced to die for farmers, our stream and my water was poisoned in 2013, all that we move to Ypo'i regain our land. On April 28, 2015, we reocupamos part of tekoha Ypo'i which have suffered more siege of armed gunmen of the farm São Luiz. Therefore our decision is to fight, to resist and die for our land all Guarani Ypo'i.
